There is still more vertical than an average crown length however cosmetic outcome above anatomical crown is irrelevant usually due to very low lip line.

It’s not easier, rather often more challenging to have pleasing final effect in cervical interproximal areas.

Although it seems unnatural on the model, in patient’s mouth it looks and functions just as it should.
